Behind the Mossline
Hi, I’m Kirsten—the heart behind The Mossline.
I’m a writer, a homemaker, a plant-obsessed, slow-living seeker, learning how to root myself in the middle of real life: kids, transitions, healing, messy days, tender seasons, and all the quiet moments in between.
For a long time, I moved through life in survival mode; meeting deadlines, supporting everyone else, managing transitions, and trying to stay grounded while everything shifted around me. Somewhere between motherhood, healing, and multiple cross-country moves, I realized I wanted something different.
I wanted a life made of intention, not urgency.
The Mossline grew out of my own desire to live with more intention. I want to notice the small things, honor the pace my body asks for, and create a life that feels grounded, warm, and deeply human.
Here, I share the rhythms, reflections, and gentle practices that help me reconnect to myself and to the world around me.
My hope is that when you land in this space, you feel a sense of relief. Like you finally get a moment to slow down and breathe.
I want The Mossline to feel steady, simple, and supportive, a place where things feel clear enough for you to come back to yourself without pressure or perfection.
If you’re longing for softness, for steadier rhythms, or for a way of living that feels more like home, welcome.
You’re right where you’re meant to be.
Welcome to The Mossline - K
